Video Conversion - why you get errors during video conversions processes.
Dear Customer,
The reason that you get conversion errors is
that you do not have video codec installed on your PC. Windows need the video
codec to process the video file. This applies to most video formats, including
MPEG, AVI, RM, RMVB, QT,MOV and others.
All the softwares below are free-of-charge.
1.Please install video codec on your PC. You can
download the free video codec at the link below:
2.If you are trying to convert
Realmedia files, please install Real

After you have installed the codec, you will NOT
get any error during conversion.
